Introduce yourself to some of the staff in the school via Skype. Learn about the expected responsibilities as an English teacher and get a feel for the role and culture of the school. Some schools may schedule a second round interview where you will meet a current or previous English teacher and get the low down on what its like to teach English in Dalian, China.
